Departure date: October 7, 2003.
Location of Conference: Conference Center of Yerevan State University, Tsahkadzor.
The participants will be met at the Yerevan Airport if arrival time is reported. The registration desk will be open from 17:00, Tuesday evening on September 30 at the Conference Center of Yerevan State University. Lectures will begin Wednesday morning, October 1, and will end Monday evening, October 6. The participants may use overhead projectors and/or blackboards to present their talks.
Abstracts:
The abstract (at most one page) written in LATEX should be sent by e-mail: conf@instmath.sci.am.We intend to publish abstracts volume that will be provided to participants during the conference. Deadline for abstracts: June 30, 2003.
Proceedings: Selected contributed papers will be published in the special issues of Journal of Contemporary Mathematical Analysis (Armenian Academy of Sciences). The papers should be written in LaTeX. Deadline for contributed papers submission: November 30, 2003.
Visa: You can get a visa immediately at the Yerevan Airport. Otherwise please specify the Armenian Embassy you prefer to get your visa from and send by e-mail as soon as possible the following information: Surname, Name, Citizenship, Sex, Date and Place of Birth, Passport Number, Dates of Issue and Expiry, Permanent address, Institution (University) and Position. Subsequently you can obtain your visa at the appropriate Armenian Embassy.
Payment: The conference fee is $450 for participants and $400 for accompanying persons. The payment should be made in cash upon the registration (unfortunately, we can not accept credit cards or cheques). The conference fee will cover all the local expenses, including conference registration, lodging, sightseeing tours, conference proceedings and the banquet, as well as meals, Yerevan airport transfers to and from Tsahkadzor. The Organizing Committee will be able to partially reimburse the local expenses for the participants from FSU countries and young mathematicians.
