Location: The conference will be held in the rest house of Yerevan State University, located in the picturesque city of Tsahkadzor, situated 40 km from Yerevan. Tsahkadzor, is 1900m above sea level and surrounded by breathtaking mountains and forests. Average temperature is 20 - 25^oC.

Transportation from Yerevan to conference location will be provided. The participants will be met at the Yerevan Airport if arrival time is reported. Lectures will begin Wednesday morning, September 21, and end Monday evening, September 26.

Abstracts: The abstract (at most one page) written in LATEX should be sent by e-mail: mathconf@ysu.am. We intend to publish abstracts volume that will be provided to participants during the conference.
     Deadline for abstracts: June 15, 2005.

Proceedings: Selected contributed papers will be published in the special issues of Journal of Contemporary Mathematical Analysis (Armenian Academy of Sciences). The papers should be written in LaTeX.
     Deadline for contributed papers submission: December 20, 2005.

Visa: You can get a visa immediately at the Yerevan Airport (recommended). Otherwise please specify the Armenian Embassy you prefer to get your visa from and send by e-mail the following information: Surname, Name, Citizenship, Sex, Date and Place of Birth, Passport Number, Dates of Issue and Expiry, Permanent address, Institution (University) and Position. Subsequently you can obtain your visa at the appropriate Armenian Embassy.

Payment: All local expenses, including conference registration, lodging, sightseeing tours, conference proceedings and the banquet, as well as meals, Yerevan airport transfers to and from Tsahkadzor, are included in the $400 conference fee for participants and $350 for accompanying persons. The payment should be made in cash upon the registration (unfortunately, we can not accept credit cards or cheques). The Organizing Committee will be able to partially reimburse the local expenses for the participants from FSU countries and young mathematicians.
