Payment and Accommodation
All local expenses, including conference registration, lodging, sightseeing tours, conference proceedings and the banquet, as well as meals, Yerevan airport transfers to and from Tsaghkadzor, are included in the 450 Euro conference fee for participants and 300 Euro for accompanying persons. The payment should be made in cash upon the registration (unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards or travel cheques).
There are only double rooms available in the Yerevan State University guesthouse, the host of the conference, and the sharing of rooms is assumed. It is possible to stay in double rooms alone for extra 50 Euro for the whole duration of the conference.
The participants from Former Soviet Union countries will be partially reimbursed for the participation fee.
