Notes:
- The Program is subject to possible changes
- On September 7, at 17:00, a minibus* (one can identify the minibus by the workshops name on it or by the "Hyur Service" sign with red-blue-orange color strips) will depart from the hotels to take all participants to Yerevan State University Hall for registration and participation in Welcome reception. After the event the same minibus will take participants back to the hotels.
- All participants arriving after the registration, can register later at the American University of Armenia, in the Organizing Committee Room, #215E.
- The registration fee should be paid during the first two working days, on September 8 and 9, in the Organizing Committee Room, #215E.
- Every working day morning, at 09:00, a minibus will take all participants from hotels to AUA Lecture Hall. Then, after the Workshop sessions, the same minibus will take participants back to the hotels.
- On September 10, at 10:00, a bus* will take participants from the hotels for the sightseeing tour to Khor Virap and Noravank.
* Due to heavy traffics, especially on working days, the buses can be late (for maximum 10-15 minutes), but we kindly ask to be on time in front of the hotels.
