Venue of the conference

The conference will be held at the Akian College of Science and Engineering of American University of Armenia: 40 Marshal Baghramian Ave., Yerevan

Fee

The conference registration fee is 130 Euros, which covers the welcome reception, conference materials, coffee breaks, the conference dinner (banquet), the sightseeing tour as well as transportation for arrivals and departures. The conference fee must be paid at the registration desk in CASH ONLY.

The fee for accompanying persons is 50 Euros. It will cover the conference dinner (banquet), the sightseeing tour and transportation for arrivals and departures.

Funds are available to provide financial support for a limited number of participants. Participants can apply for financial support by submitting a short CV and motivation letter to Suren Poghosyan (suren.poghosyan@unicam.it). The deadline is May 31, 2019. The decisions will be made soon after the deadline.

Arrivals

Since we want to arrange your transportation, please inform us about the details of your arrival as well as your departure (date, time and flight number).
Additionally, information about your hotel reservation would be preferable.
